There is a small motorhome in this country with a home made version of this on the back. I know because it was parked in a car park in Holyhead in full sun a few years ago. You could not see the animal inside it but you could hear him/her panting through the breathe holes that were drilled into the ply box.  Went to the police station but by the time I got back to the car park the vehicle was gone. I stupidly did not take down any registration as I was so shocked by the cruelty of it as was everyone else in the car park at the time.
