Been touring for nearly 1 - 2 years and love it...we are considering moving to a Twin Axle Sterling Eccles Coral similar layout to the Pastiche but with an End Bathroom and more room in general....
We are more than happy with the way in which the Coachman Pastiche performed but no experience of a Sterling...
Im not really a fan of twin axeled caravans, mainly because of the difficulty in manovering them, unable to twist them into position manually by hand, risk of dragging up the tarmac on a road or drive as the tyres scuff around sideways if you try ect, and the extra expense of a motormover over a single axel type to suit one if you did decide to fit one.
Whilst I have no experiance of owning a Sterling Branded caravan, i have owned a coachman and was very pleased with its design and build quality in the past, and would not hesitate to own another one in the future given the right towcar to pull it.

Celebrating 37 years of Caravanning in 2019, Recently Considered Retiring, but Totally Addicted for Life!
We have the Sterling Elite Searcher too, very nice van, just a little bigger than the Coral. Previously we had a Sterling Eccles Emerald, also very good.
If you are worried about parking/manoeuvring then fit a mover. We have the Truma TE fitted.
The twin axle gives a very stable tow. We are in the north of Norway right now, this trip will be about 6000 miles over 4 months and the van has behaved impeccably
how strange have recently bought a Pastiche, and it was a hard decision, as we too were looking at twin axle Sterling vans, we do love the Coachman and have had a mover fitted, but ultimately would love a twin axle fixed bed, with large back bathroom,,,,,ssshhhhh, i dont want my other half to hear this,,,,,think he may be a tad upset, good luck with your decision.
