may seem like an odd question but

every site i go virtually want you off by 10am-12noon. I generally go away mainly weekends so it really cuts short my stay and unless the site is flexible i end up having to set off home.

Whats the rules about parking up in local car parks with caravan attached ? I mean for perhaps 4hours or so.

In general is it allowed and do you have to pay for 2 spaces ???? guess it could get pretty expensive if you do !!

what does everyone else do ??? end up heading home ??

i know theres always the roadside but its often very difficult to find a space big enough especially in busy touristy places.

Try talking to the site. Often for a small fee, they may allow you to leave the van in a visitor car park or even on pitch if they haven't got anyone else coming on.

Personal preference, but I wouldn't leave the caravan unattended in a public car park.
