Has anyone got a new or fairly new Abbey van? We have an old 92 Abbey and I love it and the space it gives us but I'm thinking it's coming to the end of it's days. Hubby likes the new Abbeys so I thought I'd post and ask for any recommendations. Not necessarily Abbeys but I think if I was to get a newer one I'd sway towards an Abbey
Thanks for reading :) oh btw, we need a 4/5 berth, the bigger the better really, we like our space.

The Abbey range, at least recent models were made by Swift so you could have a look at Swift and Sterling models which would be similar to the Abbey vans.

I have a 2006 Abbey Vogue 540 (single axle 6 berth) great caravan! I'd recommend one as I think they look modern inside and out.
Bought it new in 2006, really liked the funky windows (bit different from the norm.)and the 1 piece sidewalls make the exterior look good.
Thinking of selling up though as I work full time and study part time so not so much time these days for weekends away etc. :(

As mentioned, recent Abbeys have been made by the Swift Group so they are clones of Swifts, Sterlings and Aces, so they are no better or worse than their siblings.
The Abbey brand was discontinued 2 years ago but of course there are plenty used ones about.------------- David.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure!
