Hi, I just bend the hooks of the hangers,so it is tight fit to go on rail, for the trousers I use one of those four trouser rail hangers that has rubber strip on each rail,bend hook on that too, no cloths have fallen off since,not even on bumpy roads.------------- If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong

Have never had a problem with clothes falling off rail
We simply alternate which way the hangers go over the rail
