I bought a van from Pleasuretime a long time ago, and cannot praise them highly enough. Still the same owners, and would happily use them again - and they have always been very competitive.
New to Caravanning, just bought a new Lunar 546, Awning the lot etc from Jim Lalley at Pleasure time Caravans, castleford. This guy is just the most honest & friendly person I have ever met!!! If was a Car Sales man I would buy a car every year from him. Amazingly competaive on price, the quoted price is the price you pay, no hidden extras or trying to inflate the price etc. Two hour handover yesterday, went through everything in such detail, let me try it all out, mover etc, fitting hitch lock & wheel secure etc, I must have looked a novice & i am but patient with me & never felt rushed or I was causing an inconvieniance. Not a slick fancy show site with nice landscaping & gardens & cafeteria, but someone has to pay for all that, & that is me & you reflected in the price of the caravans. Just right honest & friendly, I will be taking it to them for servicing, & its a good 65 mile drive from Lincolnshire, but worth the effort. Everyone should buy from Pleasuretime caravans
met a guy at site a few weeks ago and asked about pleasuretime group as he had it on the jockey wheel cover. said they were great and would not go elsewere, could not praise them enough. first time i have heard people go overboard on a dealer. only sell lunars i was told
Pleasuretime Caravans are not a member of any industry wide Association. Should there be a problem there is no third party to mediate. After the first service our caravan was left in such a condition that Kenmore Caravans immediately took it off the road for repairs to the braking system. Our complaint to Pleasuretime has been ignored in the hope that we 'will go away'. Lunar are aware of this and appear to support this strategy.
There are good deals at Pleasuretime but BEWARE.
