I have a new Labgear Free to Air satellite kit but cannot get it to pick up a satellite.  I got 1 for home and another for the caravan and have the same problem with both.  I am using a sat finder and compass and can get a signal of 70% + but no quality strenght at all.  I have watched other people and they appear to be able to set theirs up in minutes.  Please help.

You need a 14 degree skew too - ie the LNB needs to turn from vertical clockwise. And the tilt of the dish should be near vertical. I haven't got the details to double check but hopefully that's correct.
