We once lost our TV arial to one of those toilet blocks in France where the roof of the toilet block overhangs the building by some incredible amount .......and it didn't seem to make much difference to the subsequent TV reception. It was one of the old 'flying saucer type.
You have to be really careful with some of the continental overhanging rooves. I shan't make the mistake twice. Mind you, from what I can remember, the roof of the toilet block didn't escape entirely unscathed.
