Hi guys I have just bought a magic mover for my single wheel caravan, £503 delivered I think a great price, Im going to have a go at fitting it this weekend without a ramp or lift, the question is do I tilt the van fully backwards to give me a bit of working room, or just try to work off the ground,

The Magic Mover is the same as the Royal Titan exhibited at the NEC(by an Aussie guy if i recall).

They are both made /supplied by Unipart.

it looks like a great deal from Bolsover but my OH refuses to allow me to DIY one in case i damage my back (again).

I kept mine level to the floor when I fitted it and used a camping mat the silver foill kind to slide backwards and forward under it. It was hard work though.

I did mine single handed. I would though recommend you have a helper to pass you the tools and stuff. That way once in position you can stay put for longer.
