Hi There,

Hoping someone can help! I have lost the key to the Thetford toliet door on the outside of my caravan. My caravan is a 1991 Adria Optima. Can anyone give me some advice?

Have you tried the key for the caravan door in it?. Mine fits the toilet locker and the gas and battery locker too, worth a try ?

Our door key also fits the toilet door on our Adria.

See if the key number is showing on the end of the barrel. If so, its just a matter of buying a new one

If desperate use the thieves method and insert a screwdriver into the lock and turn it with a spanner. The whole lock turns and opens the door. At the worst with this method you will need a new barral with keys and these are not expensive.

Thanks to everybody with their helpful suggestions. This is the first time for me to use this site and my first caravan so I am eternally grateful that you all have been so helpful. I will go and check out which of the suggestions works for me and get back to you.

Which Adria model is it. Did not think the Thetford loo's were fitted until 1992, so it it is a 1991 it maybe a retrofit so the key maybe different.
