Can anyone help????
Does anyone know if an Isabella 2502 awning is a size 950 or not? (as this is what we need). Friend offering us one but can't find if it will fit. I know we could try it but OH getting stressed about it, and saying he doesn't want the hassle. Oh the joys of caravanning!
Thanks

The Isabella "2502" only indicates the model and colour design of the awning not its size. I think its an Ambassador about 1992 ish.
EDIT: yes look on page 6 of this downloadable catalogue:

you might need to click on the picture of the booklet.
The size ought to be marked on the inside of the roof, on both sides about 9" from the bead and from where the canvas sides start. It is however often a lightly stencilled number, such as 900 etc, and could be difficult to see as it is deliberately not made too obvious, plus might have faded somewhat over time.
If you cant see this then its much easier to measure an awning than a van. Measure the depth of a side panel plus the length along the roof bead to the awnings centre roof seam; then double this and add 10 cm for the height of the two sides off the ground. That will give you a pretty good idea of its size.
