If it leaks when you run the tap , then either the tap fitting or tap pipe work is at fault . If the floor seems dry i expect the water is running down the wall and out through the wheel arch . You need to access the tap pipe work and give it a thorough check as you operate the taps , try taking drawers etc out and also have a look through the fridge vents ( though i expect all you'll see is the back of the fridge ).

i would check the waste pipe, if it is only leaking when the tap is on. put the plug in bowl and run it, then release the water if it leaks then it must be the waste pipe or fitting on sink, bowl

If its dripping on to the ground on the same side as the water pump,it may be that that the pump head O rings are are faulty, water then runs along  the lower awning rail & drips to the ground either at the wheel arch end or the end back of the caravan depending on how level the van is. Of course this only happens when the pump runs

if water pipes are ok then the waste pipe may have come off under the sink. one test is to put 6 ltrs of water down the drain with a large jug and see how much you get out and if there are any leaks as you do it. if you do this you know it not the taps leaking.

Hi gardener66, mate of mine had same type of problem on his avondale, turned out that the plastic inlet pipe attached to hose was broken, and only when pump run did the water started to leak into van, fitter checked it and found that the hose was at angle that held the broken pipe closed and when pump run it forced it apart causeing it to leak,"Did'nt leak when pump not running".

If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong
If in Doubt Check it Out.

Is this van new to you, or has this fault only just started.

I had a fleetwood van once that had a drain pipe that was directed into the wheel arch to allow the water to drain out onto the floor.

Strange I know but it may be a design feature in your van also.
