I thought you were meaning the weather !!
I know what you mean, we are due to pick up our new 2010 van in about 10 days time and although we only bought it a couple of weeks ago it still seems like we have been waiting ages.
We also haven't used our van since, mainly because we wouldn't want to risk doing anything to damage it and the part ex value for the sake of waiting a couple of weeks.
It's October at the end of the week, it won't seem as long then!
