You might want to investigate a product called Plastaid . It's quite flexible and I've used it to repair all sorts of plastic things in the caravan (cracked surrounds to taps, split plastic cabinets etc.) it stinks to high heaven when you're mixing it but the fix is good and it's relatively easy to work with.
