I would imagine so as it is part of the whole fitment (presuming you mean the 'powrbar' which allows you to engage both rollers at the same time?)

What has happened to it?

I was talking to a powr touch rep yesterday about a small problem i had with my system ! he was very helpful & said if any probs just ring their tec people and ask anything ! He did point out though, that the warranty cannot be passed on to a second user.

He-s wrong - the warranty can be passed on, but a fee will have to be paid. Unless things have changed from 12 months ago.

It's a good deal for them too, given that they have already been paid for the warranty once by the previous owner.

agree but they all do it including bailey caravans, they make you pay for transfer of warranty.imho the distance travelled by the fitter to your house and back could use half of this in petrol anyway.our last visit the motor was replaced, would not like to guess the price of that.
