We are planning a short break in france next easter (2011) , we will hopefully be travelling from either Fleetwood or Holyhead , which day do u think is best ( ie quieter ) on the roads , Good friday or Easter saturday?. I know its a bit away but your advice would be welcome

It's a complete guess, but I reckon Holy Saturday would be better than Good Friday.  I guess anyone going away for the weekend would be travelling on the Friday.
