Fiona.........It really depends on which part of the tap is actually cracked.  Is it the tap that you turn on or is it the spout that the water comes out of.  We had the spout crack on ours last year due to water still in the spout, it froze and cracked it.  If you go onto ebay, do a search for Whale taps you'll probably see which one is yours.  There has been a few variations over the years.

Yes, that's the same one as ours by the sound of it.  Cracked due to frozen water.  The spout unscrews from the pipe and the new one screws back on.  Some were beige some were white.  This is ours, yours is probably the same

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/whale-caravan-motorhome-shower-tap-spout-beige-/130452916613?pt=UK_Campervan_Caravan_Accessories&hash=item1e5f998985

The price on that one is a bit steep.  I think we paid about half that last year.  Shop around.  Your nearest dealer will probably have them as well.  Take the old one to show them.

Not sure where in West Yorks you are, but Dickinsons Caravans in Bradford have a good parts department, we have sourced a couple of things from there.
