For the last month or so I have been looking for a Dealer who has Dorema awnings on display. I even emailed Dorema and the reply was go on the website and it will tell you which dealerships have them. I put in the West Midlands and it gave me dealers all over the country. I rang 6 or 7 and the only one that had them on dislay was Towsure in Halesowen. We went over there today and the boss decided that she wasn't keen on them.
Has anyone else had a problem finding dealerships with a decent awning display>

We live in Chester which isn't exactly bristling with options so we have had to get used to travelling to view awnings and caravans since discover and flintshire don't deal in Lunar or Coachman. We ended up travelling to Leisure Sales in Sandbach or Glossop Caravans who both have a decent number of awnings although Glossop has the better choice.

We're lucky enough to be only a 20min drive from Glossop Caravans. Their awning 'shop' is brilliant - 2 floors with everything from cheaper porch awnings to the gorgeous, but very expensive Isabellas. They also sell used awnings - some of them have only been used for display & you can save a fortune (we got a Bradcot Concept Plus with extra panel & tall annexe and saved about 30%).

I find the awning displays rather misleading as we own quite a small caravan but the ones on display are always in the larger sizes. Makes it look like we will end up with lots more room, only to find the one for our caravan is half the size!

Have to invest in a new one soon but trying to find the best deal.

Thank you to everyone for the very informative replies. Glossop Caravans is a place we will visit next month as we are going to Stoke for a few days and that would make a nice day out.
Broad Lane has a dealership in Kennilworth and we have been there unfortunately they only have four on display. We never thought about the Alcester branch and looking on the website they have 18 on display, so that will be a day out next week sometime.
