Bought a load of small items on sale and a beach chair £5.00 (fantastic bargain) shop soiled from Riversway just after Christmas, looking at our bank statement last week my O/H notice another item on the bill a second beach chair £26 so yesterday its off to Preston with my receipt which clearly showed the second chair which I had not checked before I left the till, and now its three weeks since we made the purchase, so I did'nt know if they would say tough luck you should have checked your bill which of course they are quite entitled to do, but I need not have worried, the sales lady listend to my tale of woe and said we will fix that right away and gave me a full refund. Yes I do buy quite a lot of gear from Riversway Leisure but I still think that this is pretty damn good service .
