Don't you just know that if you travel from Essex to Glossop for a van and get your warranty that sods law says that soemthing will go wrong and then its off back to Glossop and an overnight stay. No criticism of any dealer at all but with the best will in the world big things have niggles. Anyway, being advised of the need to go back to the original dealer for problems/warrant work you are armed with the facts and can take an informed decision.
If you do buy from a long way away always pick a nice area so you can stay overnight in, say, Hayfield in the High Peaks. In fact, if you do have to go back tell the dealer he can take a week to fix a problem!
