We just use one aquaroll but always try to get a full serviced pitch where we can use water hook up.  We tend to use the site showers unless we get water hook up and drainaway,

Hi all

Huge thanks for your help.  I'll bear it all in mind when we look for our new van later this year.

I would also be keen to hear about your twin feed Paul

Cheers

Joan

All this talk of using 2 aquarolls and the larger capacity of an onboard tank has got me thinking - and me thinking is dangerous!. I am sitting here on a moderate sized CC site and I have realised that I have only seen one person emptying their waste water in the past three days. I've seen plenty filling 40litre aquarolls though. What happens to all the waste water? Does a gravel hard standing become a soakaway for some people?

we have just come back from a long weekend on Dalesbridge site  near Austwick , Settle - the outside temp. on Saturday morn at 0830 was -7 degrees, cold enough to freeze the internal pipes to kitchen and shower but not the bathroom sink even with the electric heater on, they thawed out by 1400 hrs, I didn,t check the onboard tank as I was rushing off to do Ingleborough but the spare carrriers outside were frozen up until Sunday
