Probably a result of the designer never actually using the caravan they designed or there were a load of clear ones that needed using and it was cheaper than getting opaque ones specially made.

Our Challenger 2010 570 has a frosted window. People would be able to see you on the loo if it didn't!!!!!

Hi, Maybe so you can have chat with the other caravaners, while you are having a sit down, instead of reading the paper, after all we are a very friendly bunch.

Could have been van designed for seating area and then changed to toilet area?.

We have a 2006 abbey aventura 340 with an end washroom and have the same problem.  Every time you use the washroom other than for cleaning your teeth, the blind has to be lowered for privacy.  Have considered getting some frosted window clings on a roll but not sure if they will fit the curved window.
