im glad your all getting away and boris the site at linwater is lovely we live not far from it,i hope you all have fun ,my hubby will have fun for him and twenty of his buddies are going on the yearly pilgrimage to fish drink and basically make idiots of themselves at lodges somewhere,what will i be doing ,well theres a kitchen needs painting and a bedroom ,oh dont worry about me when you are having your lovely weekend ,hope its sunny for you all ,because if it is them my paint will dry quicker
We are away for a week at Castleton for the first week of the school holidays - back to work for 3 days - then, 4 nights easter break at Sutton on Sea - back to work for 3 days - the, a 3 day local rally for the wedding (unless I get e wedding invite in the meantime!!)
We're off to lovely Scarborough, like alot of people have done got 11 nights booked with hubby not having to use much of his holiday entitlement for a lovely long break. Can't wait! Our teenagers will be at home revising for A levels and GCSEs! Ah poor them!
Well, we are off on our first big trip at easter, prior to buying the caravan we were goign on our usual holiday to the parents in law near Cognac in France. and then we got the caravan and decided that we should take it down there! will be a long trip, but we will for the first time ever stop over on the way down and take it easy! then when we are there we will leave the caravan in their garden (massive!) and then take it and their camper out for a trip! we can't wait!
on that note, does anyone have any recomendations of good Aire's on the way down to Cognac (maybe in the Piotiers area/region?)
Hi we're off to low park wood cc site over easter weekend. Normally do easter week but company is working that week and wedding day. Just as a side note for "Dorest Paul", we stayed at Diamond Park in Oxford during Feb school half term, it was really lovely and cosy, although a bit cramped on the pitches. Would go back though, and it has some excellent reviews.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
