After spending a lot of the last couple of weeks looking. My family and I have now purchased a 2007 Swift Conqueror 645 LUX.
Looked at new vans, but got this well maintained van with all accessories and 4 wheel motor mover.
What else do I need to think about guys?
The plan is to take it to its seasonal pitch at Norden Farm in Corfe in the next few weeks. Then to get "touring" in during the winter, don't be suprised to see us at a few meets.
All advice welcome
Thanks
Jon

I would suggest Sunncamp or Pyramid interlocking flooring for your awning. We have just used it for the first time and its amazing. Very lightweight and dead easy to fit and it really does create a proper extra room.------------- hawk

Don,t forget the anti freeze if its got the alde heating system if so you want comma coldmaster
and does it have a tracker fitted? because you can change the ownership details
also a fixed water system is good for long term pitches

Hehee Hello Hawk!
Hope you are OK, would the awning carpet go over the top?
Will look into the water situation, I know the van has an internal tank

Congrats on your new caravan
I've been pondering the interlocking flooring too, I used it when I was tenting and it was great. Will cost a fair bit for a full awning tho so will have to weigh up the options.
