Anyone currently or previously had their van insured by Cover 4 Caravans.

I've just got my renewal in from Tourer select for my 2010 Challenger 620 and its went up by about £100 to £316. I have been searching various websites and price comparison sites and some of them are coming in at nearly £400. The cheapest I found so far was Lifesure at £259. Cover4caravans was one site which would not quote and had to be referred. They phoned me this morning quoting nearly £400. When I told them that lifesure were coming in at £259, within 5 mins they came down to £250

This policy will cover Fire, Flood, Storm, Earthquake, Lightening, Accidental Damage, Malicious acts & Vandalism and Theft or attempted theft.

    * Low Excess of £100
    * £50,000 Legal Expenses Cover

Only require a hitchlock & wheelclamp.

im searcing for first insurance for my new van,quotes from Lifesure and caravan cover seem pretty good.when replying to Ingin 69 if someone could tell me how much to insure the inside of the van for im thinking 1000 will cover any theft/loss, the van itself i figure insure for the book dealer price is that correct.

I am insured with cover4caravans, the price given was cheaper than my last insurer, and so far have found them a very good company with no problems.

I dont bother insuring the contents of my van as they are covered under my home insurance. All I add extra is for my awning.
