I hope some one can help.

I am trying to find out how old my Fleetwood Crystal 148 - 05 actually is.

I have the serial number off the side of the van but cannot find a site that can tell me any more information.

At a guess it is late 80s early 90s.

Any advice would be welcome.

Decipher VIN number

and my book says 1987 caravan a plate on the drawbar first two digits give the year model.post 1992 the windows would be etched with vin/chassis number for the CRIS reg.

Serial number : 853102 means it is a classic 1983 model!!

Can I find any information on any sites about this mocel and any details that may help me restore or change some of the specs ??

looking at my book i would say a 1985 model.ie first two digits.
