upgraded to a newer caravan and has cassette loo, saw today when opened up outside to see were chemicals and all go that on door it says 12volt filler and a wee key hole, what would this be, and i have not put any chemicals in yet either lol, all new to me am afraid, any advise would be great.
This probably means that you have the facvility to connect a 12v pump to fill the flush water tank and you have found the connection point. Were there no instruction manuals come with it?

oh thanks Brian, no got no manuals at all :( so just trying to figure everything out, so much to learn, so many buttons, my last van was very standard,lol, sure you would hardly need a pump to fill it??? am so new to all this,
