Don't usually come on the dark side of the forum, I dwell in the tenty section!
But am in Cornwall atm and hate the faff of setting up the bed at night...so brought the pop up along...made my bed....and i shall be camping in awning tonight..!
Just thought it might be useful to anyone with kids, is much larger and comfier than the poky 2/3 man inners you get (and no pitching time as is pop up!)
The base pop ups were £29.99 on offer at decathlon, but not sure how many they have left
still room in awning honest!
Ignore grimey van has just come out of storage, got to hose and wash it down tomorrow
My son always had a pop up/inner tent etc in the awning as he didn't want to share a room with his sisters lol. Just be careful of condensation! Leave a little bit of zip open because when ds used one to sleep in he woke up with a very wet bed :(
Does it have any vents that can be left open? Hope you have a great nights sleep :)
Very disappointed that you have not continued your theme that you use in your bell tent, You have not even bothered to put the draught skirt on the bottom of your caravan, tut tut.
Come on Val, this is not up to your high standards. There are some nice shops in Bude, so get your self down the shops you got 1 week to GYA (glamp your awning) and report back here with full pictures.
And and puwt, I can hardly speak, gasp, Homer is not in the picture.

Had a perfect nights sleep!
All the black 'arches' at the top of the walls drop down and there is mesh behind them so plenty of ventilation. Left the one on the main door down and no condensation in morning at all (did have a conector heater in with me though! Altho tbh didnt really need it as was baking in the morning)

nahhh not pimping the awning! Homer was in pic all night unfortunately, lying diagonal across the bed
Draught skirt is in a heap under the seats inside still, too much faffing
