I bought Mayday cover 15/04/11 and have still not received any paperwork from CC.

Phoned CC today and they told me there was a problem causing delays. Fresh paperwork would be posted to me and arrive within 7 days.

I have been a CC member for many years but this year decided to have Red Pennant and Mayday. Both have given me buying problems.  I'm afraid CC is failing it's members and service standards have fallen.

Anyone else had problems?

Too many Bank Holidays have slowed almost everything down.

Still awaiting my renewal documents for 23rd April expiry.

I hope I'm still covered....best give them a call to check.

Our renewal came through at a lot more than it has always been, when questioned they also told us it was an error.
