Hi,

one of the fibreglass poles for my Outdoor Revolution Compactalite Plus awning have split so i need to find a replacement.

Only problem is that my caravan (and awning) are in storage.

any happen to know what size of pole i need?

Are all poles the same diameter?

I found their customer services fairly helpful recently, see Outdoor Revolution contact link.
Once you've got your diameter, TentSpares have always been an excellent supplier of replacement poles etc.

Waudbys of Hull stock replacement poles for the Campalite. See if they have any. Their web site allows email enquiries. They sell via the net and service is very good.

Outdoor Revolution don't sell direct to the public. If they reply they will give you a list of dealers who stock poles. Believe me I tried the route you are trying. Contact waudbys
