I would imagine you can booked anytime, whenever you have decided where to go!

We have usually booked by late summer, but aren't going to book this year as the last 2 winters, the snow has stopped us from going!

We went away for Christmas last year to Whitemead Forest Park, Forest of Dean (after some intervention with a JCB and tractor!) and are looking to do it again this year, only with the in-laws staying in a lodge or apartment on site.

I'm already surprised at the number of places that are fully booked!!

If anyone can recommend an similar site - one with facilities like a bar/restaurant, swimming pool, and that caters for tourers and those wanting to stay in a cabin or something (like Sandy Balls) I'd be grateful for advice! Am starting the trawl for somewhere now......
