Anyone managaed to break the fridge door catch on a pegasus  yet?

We get this problem with the fridge on our Sancerre.  Will need to mention it when it goes for it service.  Wondered if it was due to putting something heavy in the fridge door?

It broke because when we arrived on site and tried to open it by pushing the button down on the top of the door it simply would not delatch. The little lever does not lift enough to clear the latch. After several times of this the catch inside the fridge is broken. 1st service coming up and i have already told them about it .
