Still not convinced it would be any lighter than a calor light bottle, which is the lightweight equivalent of a 6kg bottle and holds more gas too. You also need to be careful with the clip on regulators as there are at least 2 sizes. Calor and flow gas are definately not interchangeable. Not sure if the bigger one will actually go onto the smaller bottle, but if it will, it will almost certainly leak.
You should also consider that despite Flowgas being a big distributor of bottled gas, it is not nearly as easy to exchange as calor gas which is available on most sites and at most camping shops and petrol stations.
