Hi,

We had our 2010 Sterling Excel 550 in for it's first service last week and apart from a few "niggles" (including the latch on the drop down TV cabinet failing) we pointed out a minor crack in the gel coat on the front locker and a strange black pitting around the front locker and window surrounds. (It was as if  some areas had been oversprayed black....although it cannot be polished out)

To our surprise the dealer has requested that Swift authorise the replacement of the entire front panel under warranty.

Clearly they know what they are about but I think I will look the other way when they pull apart our pride and joy!

Has anyone else heared about this issue with Swift?

The only crack is in the gel coat on the locker box lid...complete front end replacement seems a bit extreme,,,unless they know something we don't!
