Grass isn't always available ! - even in the countryside. In our favourite campsite the pitches in the woods are a mix of stones & sandy soil. Our brand new waterproof groundsheet is now torn in several places
At anyrate for those who want to sleep in their awning it's better with a g/sheet down really.
Can anyone tell me what size these plastic interlocking mats are please ? They look perfect for us - we've not got an Aldi anywhere near us but maybe they do mail order ?

The mats are 600mm x 500mm. Go to the Aldi website for more info. Don't think I can post a link.

Oh-oh, think it would cost about £99 to fill an awning for the new (er) caravan we have. Think I'll have to think again ! Great mats for smaller areas though.

We have the interlocking mats from Aldi, Tend to put them under the dogs blanket to save them lay on uncomfortable hardstanding or wet grass, and then a few by the door to put coolbox, shoes and stuff on, We have found them great and very easy to wash. ------------- Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
