I've never had that problem Tony but, saying that, I've never bothered to check if they're working lose either. I've just been out to see & ours are nice & tight still. You might be able to pick up a set on Ebay or, if you still have the inners of yours minus the grub screws, you could drill through & hammer in a split cotter each side to hold them in place.
