I bought a Quest blenheim 250 Last year and used it  three times that year. this year the locks on the upright polls keep sliping down which let the storm straps slack the wind get under the canvas and took it all over the caravan. so any one looking to buy look elseware as I do not think the locking on the polls is fit for purpose

I have this year purchased a quest awning. The poles wouldn't hold the weight of the canvas so contacted the dealer I bought it from and they supplied me a full set of clamps FOC as it is a problem that quest had with a batch of awning poles.

So give the dealer a ring and see if they can help.
