Not sure if this is the model with the seam down centre roof, if it is then I would watch out for damp around there.

We had an Abbey 217 2berth 1999 and loved it. The only thing we had to have done was to reseal above the top of the front windows, ours had guttering here.

I think the only thing you can do is to check everywhere for damp, regularly as with all vans.
