I was speaking to a bloke in the toilet block the next day (as you do). He asked me if I was having a good holiday. I explained to him that we arrived on the back of a tow truck. Then he said to me, 'Never mind, there was some poor family who had to have an ambulance yesterday'.
Oh that one made me laugh! I know I shouldn't and it must have been dreadful at the time, but it's the way you tell em!
No problems, I laughed out loud at the time when the chap said it. Is face was a picture when I said, 'Yes, That was us as well.'
So sorry to hear that: hopefully in a few weeks you will be "up & at 'em". last May I fractured my tibia, fibula and ankle at c&cc site at Culzean in Ayrshire, after surgery to have it pinned and 11 months of physio am back to normal!! and enjoying the caravan life again.
Hope all goes well.
