There's no such thing as an inverter genny. It's either an inverter that powers from 12 volt to 240 volt or it's a generator that produces direct 240 volts.
Constant 650 watts doesn't mean that it's suitable for caravan equipment as it hasn't got a built in sine regulator. This genny may be okay for powering work tools but not recommended for charging units in caravans. Someone I knew bought one about two years ago, ruined his electrics and cost him 3 times as much to have it repaired. Cheapo gennies are not recommended.
