we have been caravaning for a few years.We at first use to be able to get a signal through the inbuilt aerial,but since moving site we are unable to get a signal.On occasions we manage to get on a deluxe pitch with acsess to digital tv.We have decided to purchase our own digital aerial but would like some recommondations on which one to buy and what we exactly need to set it up.Cheers

Wee bit of additional info.
We clamp ours to the jockey wheel. Others fit it to the awning rail.IMHO I wouldn't do that. We do have an external TV aerial point but if you don't just thread the cable thru the window and you'll still be able to shut the window albeit one side would be on the second latch.

Maplins do a fitting specially designed to go through a fully closed window. If we are on a site that has TV points due to poor reception, I use one of these 'flat' connectors. So far I have only seen them with 'F' connectors (for satellite cables) but I simply fitted the appropriate connectors to the external TV cable.
