Hi all

I have a Ventura Pacific 300 on our Louisiana and the problem I have is pooling of water between the roof strutts, no matter how tight I pull the awning down, I can always guarantee that if the rains fall the puddles will form, any advise would be appreciated

This is a big awning. I would suggest having your centre front pole as high as you can and if this doesn't help extra poles accros the roof. How old is the awning, it sounds like a problem that should be bounced to the manufacturers!

I had this problem with a second hand awning and noticed there were dips inbetween the poles.If the awning at the start was not put up right puddles will have stretched the material.
