hi im new to all this so bare with me please we,ve just booked and paid for a motorhome for the august bank holiday from sundrive hire and are now hearing all sorts of horror stories about them from being charged twice to there not being any motorhomes to hire. If anyone out there has had dealings with them i would be very grateful to here from you.
If you google the name you will find a lot of people suspicious of them But there is nothing concrete Trading Standards were investigating them back in April but I couldn't see any result of that investigation

Hi, bad news I'm afraid. We paid for a Motorhome from them for 3 July, it never arrived and we cannot now get in touch with them to get our money back. We had one letter saying they would contact us in June, never happened. We've passed the matter to Mastercard and will refer to trading standards. They're not even answering the phone today, and a google search now comes up server not found. Very poor business practice. Pack your tent!
OMG, this sounds just awful. I really feel for anyone who has been let down and had their holidays ruined by this firm.
Tina b it looks like it's not good news for you - I hope you paid them by credit card, if so then contact your credit card company to look for possible reimbursement if things have gone pear shaped.
