I came across this handy checklist that you're supposed to put on your car sunvisor and tick off before you depart, its only £3.99 and might be worth it for some:
Pic is a bit small but it says:
Jockey wheel up
Stabilisers up
Caravan brake off
Levellers removed
Fridge locked
Oven locked
Skylights closed
Water disconnected
All toiletries stowed
Gas bottle off
All windows closed
Fridge on 12v electric/auto
All kitchen equipment stowed
All cupboards shut and locked
All outside access doors locked
Power lead unplugged and stowed
TV aerial/satellite dish down
Toilet disconnected/closed

Personally I wouldn't find it that useful. The departure routine we have organised, and I have so many lists on my computer, I could list for England! Some might find it useful though.

Now need to add wheel torque and nose weight especially if you have a unicorn.------------- Mister G

When we took our very first caravan home we left one up.... it may still be somehere on that road or a nearby field as we never did find it ... A good but expensive way to learn that particular lesson !

well now, some less scrupulous people may find that since you've posted the list in detail, they now have no need to purchase it at all.
as they could now just copy and paste it and then print it off as is and use as required, maybe even laminate it too
------------- no tin tent outings booked as yet ,just another cruise in Sept' booked so far

Make up your own list as it will be a lot cheaper! A similar list exists in the CC handbook anyway.
