You could buy a domestic foam mattress with a loose zip on cover and cut it down to size with a sharp bread knife, altering the cover accordingly. that may provide you with a cheaper option. Ikea do some of their mattresses in extra long continental sizes if you needed extra length to fill the gap.

Breasley Foam mattresses are good for having removable washable zip covers and most are reasonably priced.
