Oh goodness I never saw your reply, sorry Kim. Just remembered about your thread & checked my profile to find it just now....
I don't know very much about them but they've been on the go for a long time & you do still see quite a few about. Originally Eccles were an independent company but got taken over by Stirling caravans or the Swift Group - which Stirling belongs to / is part of.
The one we have bvelonged to a relative before we got it so we've `known' this caravan for about 5 years. It's bone dry & seems quite well made - well its a 1995 or 1996 one so it's doing pretty well I'd say ! Of course the newer ones will be a different spec but I can't say if they're any better or worse.
