I had to check recently that the Cris number on the windows matched the Cris number on the A frame, and there was no way I could find the number on the frame!  Thankfully the dealer agreed to come out to the storage site to help me look and, after a fair while searching, he had to go on his back under the van to find it.  I guess technically it was on the A frame but far enough under that there wasn't much more than his legs to be seen!  Making it so difficult to find didn't seem like much of a security measure, somehow ...
