we were enjoying a nice peaceful hol at addlethorpe on a c+cc cs poplar farm until thursday then another van came took them hours to set up 2 oldies and 2 sons 20 - 30 i guess,2 awnings yes 2 one either side and then started to carry guitars keyboards and amplifiers into awning, we are now listening to crap musicians who just seem to do tuning up wouldnt be so bad if they could play a decent tune these are the dickheads that give all the rest of caravanners a bad name, we were thinking of extending our stay but now not so sure depends how long they are staying

Complain to warden. Then find out how long these muppets are booked in for. Ask for warden intervention, if not a refund. Totally unacceptable.
A reasonable volume, well played acoustic guitar I could listen to, as long as not too late obviously, but crap musicians with amplifiers? That's not on.
Do as much to curb their nuisance as you can without winding yourself up , you don't want to spoil your break after all ,, but a bit of baiting won't go amiss , and if it leads to a satisfactory outcome , so much the better ,, ; )
Complain to the warden is you have specific points of complaint e.g. excessive noise, encroaching on your pitch, hogging the nearest tap etc. If you don't get a satisfactory response ask for a refund. If you don't want to leave ask for compensation.
Throw bread crumbs on their roof, at 5am the birds will be pecking all over their caravan. Did that to a noisy neighbour once, they soon got the message.

I didn't think there were wardens as such on a CS, but surely someone is in charge of the place; owner or whoever. If they can't/won't take the necessary action, make sure that it is reported to head office. The should tell the CS owner to operate his site with a sensible degree of control; with the alternative being withdrawal from the club guidebook.
That tap - could it not accidentally sodden their pitch during the night?
well the good news is weve spoke to the elderly lady and what we thought were her 2 sons is 1 son and his partner we have named them chas and dave, and they are going after the week end of course im assuming it was them playing and not the oldies fingers crossed

We wonder why UK is in such bad way and reading some of the comments in this thread no wonder.
Skiddley thank you for restoring some of my faith in the caravanning fraternity by speaking with the people and not escalating the issue.
