we bought a starcamp awning of e bay a few weeks ago
really pleased with it even though it was advertised as a dorema and clearly not
the only problem we have is that the wing nut adjustment thingies that adjust the pole lengths are rubbish and keep threading
has anyone replaced these with anything better??
thought i would check before i go buy a load more

if its the wing nuts you are ok, you can buy them, but if its the welded nuts on the poles,you might have to make your own wing nuts from theaded bar,and tap out your poles.

I had the same problem, on sitripped it's thread on our first outing. I bought these from ebay as a replacement

The drmea / Suncamp customer service folks are good and may help but you'd probably end up with some more dodgy ones.

Apart from this we are realy pleased with the awning.
