Has anyone ever weighed their spare wheel + tyre?
In our new van it's in the front locker and we are struggling to get down to our nose-weight. Will end up with just one small gas bottle and the spare at this rate.

Don't keep it in the locker, stupid place to put a wheel carrier really .
Get yourself a spare wheel carrier for under the van .

Hi spare wheel 16 kg I tow with the spare on the floor by the door with the jack etc. gas bottles in front locker 1 full 1 nearly empty don't have any problems getting nose weight to 75/80 kg don't waste your money on spare carrier under van they seize up unless regularly cleaned and greased also difficult to get spare out in the event of near side puncture

Hi alan29, Yes I have, tyre and wheel 15kg, wheel carrier 5kg, 13inch wheel, folding table 7.5kg. I have very limited pay load now mover and oven fitted, I have to weigh every item that goes into van, I have a list of accessories and their weight, I use spreadsheet to calculate the weights, I know what all my fitted equipment weighs, Have to as only 80kg pay load.
